Good care starts with clear expectations.
Do you come to my home or workplace?
Yes. Aurlume is mobile. We confirm a safe, legal working location and access before your appointment.
How is final pricing determined?
Listed prices are starting prices based on vehicle size and normal condition. If pet hair, heavy staining, salt, sand or excessive buildup changes the scope, we explain the adjustment and receive your approval before continuing.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. You pay when the work is done and you’ve seen the result.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand plans and weather can change, and we ask for the same clear communication we promise you.
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. We carry our own water supply and power. All we need is a legal place to park within about 30 feet of your vehicle—a driveway, a parking space or a lot at your office.
What happens if weather affects my appointment?
We monitor conditions and communicate early. Weather-related changes initiated by Aurlume are rescheduled without penalty.
How should I prepare my vehicle?
Please remove personal valuables, provide access instructions and make sure the parking space is available when we arrive.
